MELINDA KAY POWELL NOBLES
Melinda Kay Powell Nobles, 50, of Panama City, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2011 in her home. She was born November 9, 1960 in Quincy, Florida. She is survived by her parents, Louis & Melba Kay Powell; daughter, Amanda Sigman and husband Bradley; grandson, Israel Jacob Sigman; three brothers, Shannon Powell, Daniel Powell, Andy Powell and wife Debra; aunts & uncles, Gary M. & Ginger Powell, C. David & Frances Powell, Kathleen R. Powell, Sherman "Buzzy" & B.J. Overby and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1 - 2 p.m.
