Melba Estelle Melder Rhame, 92, of Lynn Haven, FL passed away on Wednesday August 31, 2016.  She was born August 2, 1924 in Glenmora, LA to Jesse and Ida Myers Melder.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Velton "Sam" Rhame; daughter Jessica Darlene Williams ; brother, Prentice Melder; two sisters, Yvonne Ingram and Mary Lou Davis. She is survived by son-in-law, Kenneth Williams; two grandchildren, Kimmy Williams and his wife Heather, Alison Williams; her sister-in-law, Mary Lou Melder; her niece, Patricia Ann Ingram; her nephews Mike Melder, and his wife Ann, Mark Melder; and Robert Larry Davis; as well as other numerous other nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4- 5:30 PM at Wilson Funeral Home.
