Matthew Oren Kelley, 48, of Panama City, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017.  He was born May 12, 1969 in Panama City and was a 1987 graduate of Bay High School.   He was currently employed at the Shrimp Basket Restaurant on Panama City Beach.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick & Glenette Kelley.  He is survived by his wife, Daniela Harris Kelley; two brothers, Jeffery O'Neal Kelley, Patrick William Kelley (Christina); three nieces, Kaylee Roedel (Blake), Trinity Kelley, Lillian Kelley, and two nephews, Benjamin Kelley, Luke Kelley. He is also survived by his lifelong friend, Charmaine West, many friends he made along the way in Panama City and Tennessee, including his Big River family. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.
