Mary Evelyn Harries-Pruitt, age 85, passed away on April 10, 2026 in Panama City, Florida.

She was born on April 21, 1940 in Panama City, Florida to Bowden and Evelyn Harries. She was a seamstress who made draperies for many of Panama City's residences and businesses. Mary enjoyed painting, horses and exploring her family's history in Panama City region.

She is survived by her son, Mark, daughter, Martha, and granddaughters Fionna and Summer. Private services for Mary were held in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. She will be interred with her parents in Cottondale United Methodist Church Cemetery.
