Mary Frances Halstead, 66, of Panama City, passed away September 14, 2015. She was born February 3, 1949 in Panama City to Gettis & Tressie Halstead. She was a lifelong resident of Panama City and was a retired hairdresser. She is survived by a daughter, Treana Lisa Pitts (Steve); granddaughter, Victoria Alyssa Taylor (David); brother, Jerry Wayne Halstead (Charlotte). Funeral services will be held Friday September 18, 2015 at 2 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J.C. Stanaland officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. William W. Dent for his excellent care and dedication during her illness. They would also like to thank the staff at St. Andrews Bay Rehab; especially Kara, Wanda and Phyllis.
