Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Burch, 77, of Panama City, FL passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2019. She was born on October 10, 1941 in Port St. Joe, FL to Ferman and Agnes Bullock. She was the Administrative Assistant for Lisenby Homecare. Mary was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Herbert Bullock, Alvin Bullock Sr.; and one sister, Jean Wood. She is survived by her husband, Doug Burch; three children, Scotty Burch (Carmen), Mark Burch (Trina), Chris Burch (Stephanie); four grandchildren, Mallory Burch, Josh Burch, Kylie Burch, Keala Burch; two brothers, Ervin Bullock and Herman Bullock (Lynette). Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 12 noon in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Russell Ward officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 am to 12 noon Friday prior to the service.
