MARY CHIARENZA DEAN
Mary Chiarenza Dean, 90, of Panama City, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2008. She was born May 27, 1918 in Passaic, New Jersey. She was a member of Springfield Baptist Church where she worked in the nursery. She was a volunteer at the Bay County Council on Aging and was active in the Woodmen of the World. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter C. Dean, three brothers, Pete Poloronis, Johnny Mirabella, Pasquale Chiarenza and sister, Angelina Black. She is survived by three daughters, Nancy Mason and husband Charles, Louise Boyle, Alice Bobe and husband Frank Bobe Jr., son, Johnny Sammons and wife Vivian, nine grandchildren, Cheri A. Boyle, Dana C. Boyle, Lisa M.Greene, Tina B. Newsome, Gina B. Davis, Angela M. Sammons, Charles E. Mason, Jr., Richard Allen Mason, Frank E. Bobe, III, eleven great grandchildren, Kayla Green, Amberlyn Greene, Adela E. Kramer, Cayleigh R. Jackson, Ryan S. Mason, Alex E. Mason, Jerod C. Mason, Gavin Greene, Dylan Greene, Christopher D. Jackson, Maxwell M. Kramer, two brothers, Alfred Mirabella, Christo Poloronis and sister, Olympia Pridgeon and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Everage and Chaplain Michael Young officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Those desiring may make a contribution to the Hospice of the Emerald Coast or to Springfield Baptist Church
