MARIAN HUGHES BARNES
Marian Hughes Barnes, 83, of Panama City, passed away Monday, March 29, 2010. She was born August 19, 1926 in Panama City. She worked at the information desk and gift shop at Bay Medical Center for many years. She was also a volunteer for the Bay Medical Center auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Gale Barnes; brother, George Hughes and sister, Sue Hartley. She is survived by her four children, Donna Muldowney and husband Jim, William Barnes, Suzanne Barnes, Denise Quintana and husband Ed; five grandchildren, Shelly Rouse, Erik Muldowney and wife Rachel, Alex Quintana, Adam Quintana, Andrew Quintana; two great grandchildren, Jake Rouse and Brittany Rouse and sister, Irma Stentz and husband Don. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 – 8 p.m. The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Adhal, Dr. Moussa, Dr. Ortega and the nurses of MICU at Bay Medical Center for their excellent care.
