MARGIE RUTH HODGES COOLEY
Margie Ruth Hodges Cooley, 82, of Panama City, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2010 in her home. She was born February 18, 1928 in Newville, Alabama. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Phillip Cooley. She is survived by her four children, Rhonda Neese and husband Wilford, Joy Brittain and husband Henry, Mark Cooley and wife Esther, Mitchell Cooley and wife Lisa; eight grandchildren, Cynthia Ruth (Don) McCowan, Scott W. Neese, Melody (Andrew) Pollard, Charity Cooley, John Mark Cooley, Jessica Brittain, Erica Griffin, Caitlin Griffin; and four great grandchildren, Emily Cooley, Samuel Cooley, Drew Cooley and Talon McCowan. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Grace Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 – 11 a.m. prior to the service. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Grace Baptist Church, 2801 Hwy 77, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Margie Cooley.
