Margaret Blue Dubuque Scott
The Lord sent us an angel for over 92 years and he called her home to be with him on March 14, 2007. Margaret was born in St. Joseph de la Beauce, Providence of Quebec, Canada on May 31, 1914 to Georgianna (Gilbert) and Walter Blue. She was employed as a Final Inspector in the manufacturing of USA Government boots with Sportwelt before moving to Panama City from Claremont, New Hampshire in 1964. Margaret is preceded in death by her first husband, William Dubuque, and her second husband, Harry Scott. She is also preceded in death by a son, Clifford W. Dubuque; a sister, Florence Carter; and four brothers, Jim, Clifford, George, and Frederic Blue. Margaret is survived by a son, Ray E. Dubuque and wife Sharon of Panama City, FL; grandson Glen W. Dubuque and wife Denise of Pembroke, NH; granddaughter Ashley G. Dubuque of Millbrook, AL; and grandson, Scott E. Dubuque of Panama City. She is also survived by two great grandsons, Todd and Tyler Dubuque of Pembroke, NH; daughter-in-law, Pat Dubuque Thibodeau of Milton, FL; sister-in-law Mildred Blue of Windsor, VT;
nephews Robert Blue of Burlington, VT, and Richard Carter and wife Pat of South Lawrence, MA; step granddaughter Bonnie Rauscher and husband John of Weare, NH; and step grandson, Ronnie Thibodeau and wife Kristin of Pace, FL. Margaret loved growing flowers and was a founding member, along with several of her best friends, of the Redbud Circle of the Panama City Garden Club and she was a Life Time Member of the State Garden Club. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the St. Dominic's Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 6-7 p.m. with a rosary service to be held at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
