Margaret Eddins Northcutt, 86, of Panama City, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020.  She was born August 30, 1933 in Panama City and was a 1951 graduate of Bay High School.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Gene Northcutt; parents, Willie & Ressie Eddins; grandson, Chad Northcutt; and a nephew, Tony Eddins.  She is survived by three children, Rhonda Hyler (Larry); Steven Northcutt (Felicia); Kathy Pons; three grandchildren, Jenna Northcutt Hughes (Eddie), Jacob Pons, Jason Hyler (Jessica); two great grandchildren, Hudson Hughes, Lily Hyler; brother, John Eddins (Rita); brother-in-law, Jude Northcutt; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the Greenwood Cemetery.  Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Humane Society of Bay County, 1600 Bay Ave., Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Margaret Northcutt.
