Margaret "Peggy" Irene MacDonald, 63, of Panama City, FL passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020. She was born on December 22, 1956 in Montgomery, AL. Peggy loved taking care of everyone and was all about her family. She worked as an administrator for the Bay County Sheriff's Office for over 25 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leamon Stough and Margaret Ann Johnson Jr. and one daughter, Margaret Alice MacDonald. She is survived by her husband, who he called the "Love of his life" and gave her the nickname "Sweeda", Jack MacDonald; four children, Rachael Smith (Steve), Morgan McCullum, Jack MacDonald, Catherine Legare (Tim); six grandchildren, Katelyn, Delta, Sarah Brooke, Hunter, Audie and one on the way; two sisters, Emma Gomez (Joe), Nan Galetta (Donnie); one brother-in-law, Tommy MacDonald (Fran); fur child, Riley; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 12, 2020 at 1 pm in the Hiland Park Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday December 11, 2020 from 6-8pm.
