Margaret Ann Holloway Phelps, 91, of Panama City, FL passed away Wednesday, December 7.  She was born on March 24,1931 in Union Springs, AL.  She retired from the Boars Head Restaurant in Panama City Beach, where she worked for over 30 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Charles Phelps, her sisters, Grace Holloway Duncan and Gay Holloway Lane.  She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Phelps Lanier (Willie), Kathy Phelps Welliver (Doug), Dana Phelps Raybon (Michael), Rebecca Phelps Akins (Dan), her son Micah David Phelps and her brother James B. Holloway (Rhonda).  She has 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren. Margaret was a member of First Baptist Church, Thomasville, GA where she lived prior to moving back to Panama City.

Graveside services will be held Monday, December 12 at 1 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 3733 US 231, Panama City, FL.
