Margaret Alice Buttacavoli, 95, of Panama City Beach, passed away August 27, 2018 in a local nursing home surrounded by her family. She was born on July 11, 1923 in New Haven, Connecticut to George and Margaret Emmerick. She had been a resident of Panama City Beach for 1 year moving here from Marlboro, New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Peter George Buttacavoli; and son, George Peter Buttacavoli. She is survived by her children, Helene Levy (Alan), Peter George Buttacavoli, Linda Margaret Jorritsma (Bruce), Gail Anne Thompson, and Thomas Glenn Buttacavoli; grandchildren, Leigh, Charles, Christopher, John, Amy, Katie, Michael, Leanne, Kristen, Grace and Maggie; 10 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and 2 sisters, Audrey Slack and Shirley Lackner. No services will be held here locally and she have a memorial service in New Jersey at a later date.
