Lumir Rudolph Hamsa Jr., 62, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on Friday, March 27, 2020. He was born on September 25, 1957 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He worked as a Truck Driver/ Diesel Mechanic for 42 years. He enjoyed fishing, was an avid hunter and loved his dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lumir and Gertrude Hamsa; two sisters, Kathy Hamsa, Cindy Hamsa; one brother, Steve Hamsa; mother-in-law, Betty (Raygor) Gutheil. He is survived by his wife, Marcy Hamsa; two children, Heather Rickert (Brent), Erik Hamsa (Rachel); four grandchildren, John Ryan "JR" Rickert, Gavin Hamsa, Liam Hamsa, Rowan Hamsa; and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
