Louisa "Lee" Mead Ellis, 76, of Panama City, FL passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021. She was born on July 4, 1945 in El Paso, TX to Edward and Elizabeth Mead. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Rosilin Mead. She is survived by her husband, Richard Ellis; two sons, Ian Salinas, Ryan Salinas; two grandchildren, David Salinas, Eliana Salinas; one sister, Bettina Mead. A family graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at the Red Bay Cemetery in Red Bay, FL. A memorial service will be held at a later date in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial donations to the Bay County Humane Society, 1600 Bay Ave, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Louisa Ellis.
