Lottie Richburg Watts, 90, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019. She was born in Montgomery, Alabama to Luther & Annie Lee Richburg. She was a retired real estate agent. She was preceded in death by her husband, John K. Watts, son, John G. Dean III; two brothers, Ary Max Richburg, James L. Richburg; four sisters, Odessa Morrow, Louise Davidson, Mary Pearl Phillips and Murray Martin. She is survived by two daughters, Suzanne W. Canady, Laurie L. Pierce and husband, Rayburn; six grandchildren, John Andrew Dean, Greg Dean, Jesse Canady, Cody Canady, Lianne Canady, John Pierce; five great grandchildren, Brayden Dean, Gregory Dean, James Dean, Corinne Canady, Clover Canady, and numerous nieces and nephews. She shared a special bond with her niece Angela Stokes, who was like a sister to her. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. Active pallbearers are Rayburn Pierce, John Andrew Dean, Jesse Canady, Cody Canady, John Pierce and Zachary Sasser. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Emerald Coast Hospice in memory of Lottie R. Watts.
