Lottie Richburg Watts, 90, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019. She was born in Montgomery, Alabama to Luther & Annie Lee Richburg. She was a retired real estate agent. She was preceded in death by her husband, John K. Watts, son, John G. Dean III; two brothers, Ary Max Richburg, James L. Richburg; four sisters, Odessa Morrow, Louise Davidson, Mary Pearl Phillips and Murray Martin. She is survived by two daughters, Suzanne W. Canady, Laurie L. Pierce and husband, Rayburn; six grandchildren, John Andrew Dean, Greg Dean, Jesse Canady, Cody Canady, Lianne Canady, John Pierce; five great grandchildren, Brayden Dean, Gregory Dean, James Dean, Corinne Canady, Clover Canady, and numerous nieces and nephews. She shared a special bond with her niece Angela Stokes, who was like a sister to her. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. Active pallbearers are Rayburn Pierce, John Andrew Dean, Jesse Canady, Cody Canady, John Pierce and Zachary Sasser.
