LORENA DELL WINDHAM

Lorena Dell Windham, 94, of Panama City, died Sunday, January 18, 2009. She was born February 21, 1914 in Wesson, Mississippi and had been a resident of Panama City since 1931. She was a member of the St. Andrew Baptist Church, the Agape/Dorcas Sunday School Class, the Eastern Star and the Rebecca Lodge. She was formerly the owner of Windham Fabric and was currently the Owner/Maitre D' of the Captain's Table Restaurant in St. Andrew. She was preceded in death by her husband, H.A. (Tony) Windham. She is survived by a daughter, Lenora Holman Warriner and husband, Richard; 2 grandsons, Mitch Holman and wife, Carolyn; Mark Holman and wife, Mele; 4 great grandchildren, Hunter Holman, Barri Holman, Blake Holman, Toni Holman and a sister, Maude Gaskins. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the St. Andrew Baptist Church with Dr. Michael Claunch officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Those desiring may make a contribution to the St. Andrew Baptist Church or your favorite charity in memory of Lorena Dell Windham. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Agape/Dorcas Sunday School Class and employees of the Captain's Table Restaurant.
