Lois (Outlaw) Van Horn, 90, of Panama City, passed away Friday, March 28, 2025. Lois was born November 28, 1934 in Hartford, Alabama to Lander and Ruby Outlaw. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Hiland Park Baptist Church. Lois was the wife of the late, Al Van Horn for 59 years. She was a floral designer for 40 years. When she got telemarket and scams calls, she would ask them, "Do you know my Jesus?" Sometimes she could tell them about Him and sometimes, not. She loved telling people about her Jesus. She is survived by her brother, Jack (Joy) Outlaw, of Dothan, AL; daughters, Linda (Norbert) Zaiger, of Houston, TX, Brenda Davidson, of Brooksville, FL, Sandra Jo (Alan) Marshall of Panama City, FL; son, John (Ana Belle) Van Horn; seven grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; and many friends than there are stars in the heavens. A private family celebration of her life was held Sunday, March 30, 2025.
