LEWIS W. "BILLY" JENKINS

Lewis W. "Billy" Jenkins, 61, passed away October 22, 2006 in a local hospital after a lengthy illness. Billy was born in Pasco, Washington on April 14, 1945. His father, Navy Flight Commander, L.W. Jenkins and family traveled extensively in the United States and abroad. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, W.A. & Laura Jenkins; maternal grandparents, G.C. & Jessie Pringle, father, L.W. Jenkins, and mother, Evelyn Pringle Jenkins. He is survived by a sister, Judy Jenkins Shannon and husband, Edward, niece, Kelli Shannon, nephew, Kevin Shannon, all of Medford, NY; local family includes cousins, Scotty & Diane Cotton, Charles & Carol Cotton, John & Gayle Murphy, C.H. & Peggy Malone, Frank & Sherry Pringle, Gerald & Dorothy Ann Armstrong, Diane Pringle Lacey, C.V. "Chip" Pringle Jr., Robert & Louise Cogburn, and Clay Cogburn. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at 4:30 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Floyd Wright officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant Hospice, 107 W 19th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 or your favorite charity in memory of Lewis "Billy" Jenkins.
