Lester Leo Proctor, 91, of Parker, Florida passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016.  He was born August 15, 1925 in Farmdale, Florida to Will & Ollie Proctor.  He was an electrician for International Paper Company retiring in 1987after 43 years of service. He had been a lifelong resident of the area and was a member of the Parker Masonic Lodge and the Local Electrical Union. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.  He is survived by his wife, Katherine Nelson Proctor; sister, Doris Braley; numerous nieces and nephews including his special niece, Jeanette Foran.  Funeral services will be held on Friday at 3 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Chad Reister officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service.  Interment will follow in the Parker Cemetery.  Those desiring may make memorial donations to Covenant Hospice, 107 W. 19 ^th St., Panama City, FL 32405.
