LESSIE McHENRY ODOM
Lessie McHenry Odom, 90, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2010. She was born July 14, 1920 in Crenshaw County, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Odom and daughter, Betty O. Worley. She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Lare and husband John; son-in-law, Allen Worley and wife, Margena; six grandchildren, Rachel Bowles and husband Richard, Katie Snook and husband Jason, Aaron Worley and wife Alisha, Lindsey Ritchie, Timothy Ritchie, Nathan Lare; and her sister, Sarah Thomason and husband Milton. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Virgil Tillman officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 - 3 p.m. prior to the service. A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Monday at Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, FL. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Covenant Hospice, 107 W 19th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Lessie Odom.
