LEAMON ERICH PETERS
Leamon Erich Peters, 55, of Lynn Haven, passed away Monday, June 9, 2008 at a local hospital. He was born October 30, 1952 in Germany. He was a retired assistant manager for Wal-Mart where he had worked for 14 years. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lynn Haven and an Eagle Scout. He is survived by his wife, Betty Lynn Peters, son, James Peters and wife Seiko, three daughters, Vickie Burkett and husband George, Melissa Peters, Kimberly Peters, six grandchildren, sister, Karla Culpepper and husband Chuck, and two brothers, David Peters, Jeffery Peters and wife Cathy. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 13 in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 10 – 11 a.m. prior to the service. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, June 16 at the Joppa Cemetery in Mocksville, North Carolina.
