Larry McIver, 80, of Parker, FL passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020. He was born on October 14, 1940 in Panama City, FL and was a 1959 graduate of Bay High School. He served in the United States Army for two years. He was a Marine Patrol Officer for the Florida Marine Patrol for 26 years retiring in 1995. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Panama City. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hurley and Jewel McIver and one brother, Sonny McIver. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Sandra Wright McIver; three sons, Steve McIver (Desiree), David McIver (Brandy), Darren McIver; five grandchildren, Ashley Putnam (Zach), Travis McIver, Gavin McIver, Kaylee McIver, Cody McIver; two great grandchildren, Kole Putnam, Karson Putnam; one sister, Sandra Davis. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 10 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Flatt officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-7 pm on Wednesday, December, 2, 2020.
