LARRY RONALD BARBER

Larry Ronald Barber, 63, of Youngstown, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2012. He was born January 17, 1949 in Panama City, Florida. He was a retired welder. Mr. Barber was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Houston Barber; father and mother-in-law, Boyce and Helen Steely; brother-in-law, Frank Phillips; and nephew, Mark Phillips. He is survived by his wife, Janice Steely Barber; four children, Michael Barber, Patrick Barber, Jessie Barber, Adam Barber; mother, Edith Barber; brother, Jerry Barber; sister-in-law, Patricia Phillips; nieces and nephews, Daniel Phillips, Todd Phillips, Josh & Sonja Barber, Emily & David Swain; four great nieces and nephews, Brandon Barber, Brayson Barber, Caleb Swain, Emma Swain; and numerous other friends and relatives. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Messiah Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Messiah Lutheran Church, 3701 W Hwy 390, Panama City, FL 32405 or to the American Cancer Society, 4001 W 23rd Street, Suite C, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Larry Barber.
