Kevin Lambert Rowland, 58, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on Sunday October 28, 2018. He was born on April 17, 1960 in Hammond, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his wife, Valerie Rowland and his father, Ronald Glenn Rowland. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth "Betty" Rowland; one brother, Gary Rowland (Nona); niece, Emily Rowland; nephew, Paul Rowland; and many other relatives. Memorial services will be held on Friday November 2, 2018 at 4 pm at Wilson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3-4 pm prior to the service. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make memorial donations to a charity assisting in hurricane relief or a charity of your choice in memory of Kevin Rowland.
