KEVIN RYAN FUDER, 30, of Panama City, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2010 in Bay County. He was a native of Marianna and had lived in Panama City for many years. He was of the Baptist faith.

Ryan was a loving, caring and compassionate son, brother and friend. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Pat Mills, and his step-father, Roger Mills of Panama City; one brother, Paul Eric Fuder of Panama City; two sisters, Kim Cummings of Panama City, and Sandi Mills of Leesburg, Georgia; his grandmother, Mildred Tiller of Panama City; uncles, a niece and a nephew, and several cousins. He is also survived by his father, Paul G. Fuder of Lynn Haven and his grandfather, Paul E. Fuder of Marianna.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James W. Tiller of Marianna and his paternal grandmother, Margaret Fuder of Marianna.

A private service and burial is planned. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
