Kenneth Lee Williams, 71, of Panama City, FL passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022. He was born on December 6, 1950 in Louisville, Kentucky. He served in the United States Army. He was retired from the Air Force Civil Engineer Center. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jessica Darlene Williams. He is survived by his sister Marti Williams, two children, Kimmy Michael Williams and his wife Heather, Alison Nicole Tardiff and her husband Gary, and grandson Caleb Alexander Williams. The family will receive friends at Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 from 6-8 pm.  In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the St. Judes Organization.
