KENNETH EARL PADGETT, JR.

Kenneth Earl "Kenny" Padgett, Jr., 63, of Panama City Beach, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2010 in his home. He was born June 12, 1947 in Panama City and was a graduate of the University of Florida Law School. He was a retired attorney. He is survived by his son, Jeffrey Padgett; daughter, Lauren York and her husband Andy; parents, Earl & Sarah Padgett; two grandchildren, Ethan York, Jackson York; two sisters, Cathy Jetson and her husband John, Carolyn Hotham and her husband Rich; fiancé, Cyndi Brunelle and her daughter, Alexis Nelson; nephew, Frank Howard and three nieces, Ashley, Catherine and Sarah. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5 – 7 p.m. A private family funeral service will be held. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Salvation Army in memory of Kenny Padgett. Active pallbearers will be Jeffrey Padgett, Sam Schwartz, Johnny Patronis, John Jetson, Frank Howard and Clay Lewis.
