Kenneth "Kenny" David Purvis Sr., 58, of Kinsey, AL passed away on Saturday January 21, 2017. He was born on November 28, 1958 in Panama City, FL to Rudolph and Lell Purvis. He was a former dispatcher for the Panama City Fire Department. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Kenneth David Purvis Jr. He is survived by his wife, Sheree Lindsey; step- daughter, Lori Watkins (Jeremy); granddaughter, Callie Watkins; mother-in-law, Audrey Skoglund; brother, Bobby Purvis (Charlotte); sister, Shirley Vaughn (Tommy); several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday January 25, 2017 at 1 PM in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 11-1 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Jeremy Watkins, Mike Purvis, Bill "Punkin" Waters, Dwayne Purvis, Randy McCall and Jared Vaughn.
