KEN TATE
Ken Tate, beloved husband of Diane and father of Ken and Jackie, died February 23rd. A celebration of his life will be held at 3 PM, Sunday, February 28th at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, the Rev. John E. Wave officiating.
We are grateful for the loving care given to him by the nurses and staff in the Medical ICU at Bay Medical, Dr. Ramirez, Dr. Haq, Dr. P. Rao and our many friends who prayed for him during his illness.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in the name of Ken Tate to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, ATTN: Honor & Memorial Gifts, PO Box 1245, Albert Lea, MN 56007-9976 or online at www.ccfa.org.
