She graduated from Central High School in 1982. Kelley and George were married February 4, 2012 at Hiland Park Baptist Church by Ricky Miller.
Kelley was very dedicated to serving her Lord all her life. She made it a point to greet everyone she could in church, especially visitors and new comers. She served in the Silver Saints, Wednesday night church suppers, visiting shut ins and cooking and carrying them meals, visiting nursing homes and hospitals, assisting anyone needing help in church, stores, parking lots; just anytime or anywhere she could find someone needing help. She had a card ministry that included sending out bundles of cards each week including to prisons. Her love for the Lord was reflected in her giving food, clothing, jewelry and time to anyone who might have a need. She was known to have taken in an abandoned child, being the caregiver to an older adult and even learning signing to help communicate with them.
