Keith Edward Burelle, 53, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023.  He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas E. Burelle, two grandfathers, Edward N. Burelle, Clyde J. Payne, grandmother, Emma Ruth Burelle.  He is survived by his mother, Brenda P. Burelle, sister, Brea A. Burelle, grandmother, Betty W. Payne and cousin, Alexis Jernigan (Dan).  Per his wishes, there will be no services held at this time.
