Karon Davis Lundy, 77, of Panama City, FL passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2019. She was born on August 3, 1942 in Panama City, FL to John Henry and Lois Marie Davis. She was a 1960 graduate from Bay High School. She worked as a Deputy Tax Collector at the Bay County Tax Office retiring after 42 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Kathleen Clemmons. She is survived by two daughters, Rachel Hughes (Jody), Rhonda Livingston; companion of 27 years, Jimmy Gainer; four grandchildren, Randy Hughes (Let), Amanda Hughes Drury (Patrick), Jade Livingston, Matthew Hughes; seven great grandchildren, Braedan, Mason, Jackson, Camden, Adalynn Hughes, Brody & Reagan Drury; one brother, James Larry Davis. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5-7 p.m. Those desiring may make memorial donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Shriners or Make A Wish in memory of Karon Lundy.
