Karen Stone DiCalogero, 77, of Panama City Beach, Florida passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on February 2, 2021. She was born on September 28, 1943 to Bettye (Chandler) Stone and John Carlton Stone. Karen was educated in the Bay County education system. After her nuptials to a former airmen, Phil DiCalogero, she spent 30 years in New England raising a family. She volunteered at a soup kitchen, Bread and Roses located in Lawrence, MA. She took annual trips to New York where she enjoyed Broadway shows. Karen, a devout Christian, was a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phil DiCalogero. She is survived by her daughter, Teresa DiCalogero of Lynn Haven, daughter Donna Huskey and husband, Kevin of Huntsville, AL, her son Phil DiCalogero of Las Vegas, NV, three wonderful grandchildren, Sarina DiCalogero of Washington D.C., Christopher Huskey and his wife Alysia Huskey of Dallas, TX, Ryan Huskey of Athens, AL, her brother John Stone and his wife Lou Jean Stone of Cramerton, N.C. At Karen's request, there will be no formal service.
