JUSTINE ELIZABETH KELLY
Justine Elizabeth Kelly, 20, of Panama City, died Wednesday, March 7, 2007 as a result of a car accident. She was born on April 17, 1986 in Panama City, Florida. She was a member of the Gospel Light Baptist Church of Panama City. She was a graduate of Rutherford High School and Gulf Coast Community College. She was employed at the Healthplex. She is survived by her mother, Linda Kelly, father, Terry James Kelly, sisters, Rochelle Bowman and her husband, Jonathon, Ashley Kelly, grandmother, Bertha Cockcroft, niece, Kelli Bowman, aunts, Avis McGill and husband, Kenny, Marie Nelson and husband, Ronnie, Joan Arsenault and husband, Bob, uncle, Bill Kelly and his wife, Alma, cousins, Jeremy Nelson, Jacob Nelson, Gage Arsenault, Kenya Williams and her husband, Brian, Ricky McNaron and his wife, Tonilea. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Larry Beach and Pastor Steve Perrine officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6 – 8 p.m.
