Julie Suzanne Snuggs, 50, of Panama City Beach, passed away on June 10, 2024.  She was born January 16, 1974 in Panama City.  She was a fitness center manager.  She was preceded in death by her father, William Elliott Snuggs.  She is survived by three children, Johnny Johnson, Dylan Mountcastle, Zelene Bookout; mother, Leenan Milligan and her husband, Jack; brother, Darrin Snuggs and Renee Rackett, godmother of Michael and Newbury III.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.  Interment will be in the Bayview Memorial Park Cemetery, Pensacola, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
