Judy Rivera, 75, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on Wednesday October 11, 2017. She was born on October 11, 1942 in New York City, NY to Jose C. and Lydia Ventura Sr. She was a retired professional from the Corporate world. She was a New York native and Florida resident since 2008. She is survived by her daughter, Chris Cernut; brother, Jerry Ventura; son-in-law, Ron Cernut; grandchildren, Kate and Maddie Cernut; nephew, Jason Ventura; nieces, Stephanie Evans and Cindi Banks. A private family service will be held at a later date.
