Judith Gutermann Spurlock, 80, of Panama City, FL passed away on Monday April 26, 2021. She was born on April 13, 1941 in Springfield, Massachusetts to Erwin and Marion Gutermann. She is survived by her two children, Marcia Croom (Stephens), Charles "Chuck" Spurlock; six grandchildren, Phoenix, Fiona, William, Winston and Julius Croom and Alex Spurlock; two brothers, Peter Gutermann (Cynthia), Paul Gutermann (Nanci), numerous nieces and nephews as well as all the children she cared for after retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Gail; one brother, Donald and one niece, Heather. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bay County Council on Aging in memory of Judith Spurlock.
