Mrs. Judith (Judy) Hamill Hall died on May 5, 2021, in Panama City, Florida. Born in Cranford, NJ, in 1934, Judy's journey to call Panama City her home began at the University of Maryland where she met and later married William G. Hamill (Bill). Immersing herself in her role as an Air Force wife enabled Judy to embrace the culture and people in which she found herself, overseas and stateside. The family moved to Panama City in 1973 and Judy poured herself into volunteering in the community, at Gulf Coast Hospital, and various ministries within her church. After 49 years of marriage, Bill preceded Judy in death and she later married Kent Hall of Panama City, FL. Judy was a life-long learner who enjoyed walking, golfing, the mountains of NC, and traveling on cruises. She appreciated fine handwork, old things, thrift-store treasures, serving others, and challenging those around her to be, and do, their best.

Judy is survived by two daughters, Amy Hamill Soverow and her son, Caelum, of Birmingham, AL., Allison Hamill Posell, her husband, Steve, of Montgomery, Ala., their daughter Kelli DiCristina, her husband Michael and their two children Sawyer and Finnian, of Atlanta, Ga., their son, Kyle W. Strosnider and his wife Heather, of Valparaiso Florida, numerous nieces and nephews, her "forever friends", as well as her "Mathison family".

A service of remembrance will be held in the sanctuary at 10 AM on May 22 ^nd , 2021 at the First United Methodist Church (FUMC) in Panama City; visitation will be at 9:00 AM in the Rascoe Gathering Area.  In lieu of flowers, Judy requests you appreciate the fine details, invest in others, and learn to receive love and support. Memorial gifts to the FUMC will also be accepted.
