Judith "Judy" Elaine Sullivan Moran, age 65, of Panama City, Florida, passed away on June 5, 2024. She was a hardworking individual, especially passionate about  her family, yard gardening and flowers. Judy adored her cats and had a deep love for animals. Her beautiful landscapes were a testament to her love for gardening.

Judy is survived by her loving husband, Timothy Porter, her son Ryan Moran and his wife Tammy, Ryan's sons Layne and Tyler Moran, Tammy's sons, Andrew and Ian Lashley, stepdaughter Amber Porter, her husband Bradley White, their children Evan White, Landon White, and Kayla White. She is also survived by her mother, Naomi Walker, and her siblings Joy Schofield(Dale, Brittany, DJ), Janet Sullivan(Robert, Adam), Joe Sullivan(JW), Mary Sue Miller(Steve, Whitney), and Glenda Nolan(Tommy, Emily, Alexis, Grace)

She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Sullivan, her stepfather, Charles Walker, her grandparents Grady and Mildred Hooker, and her aunt, Faye Murrow.

The family will be holding a celebration of life for Judy at a later date. Wilson Funeral Home in Panama City, Florida, is assisting with the funeral arrangements.
