Judith Ann Chambers, 68, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015. She was born June 29, 1946 in New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Harry Chambers and a daughter, Mary Beth Judy. She is survived by four children, Barclay R. Kelley (Melissa), Catherine Elkins (Jack), John Kelley, George De Bolt; sister, Donna O'Hara; 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. There will be no services held and memorialization will be by cremation.
