J.T. Windham, 86, of Panama City, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021.  He was born March 6, 1934 in Newton, Alabama to parents Arbion Jackson Windham and Mazie Johnson Windham.  He moved to Florida at an early age and graduated from Jay High School Class of 1952.  J.T. was retired from International Paper Company, having worked there for 44 years.  He served in the Army National Guard for 22 years.  He was a member of the Ira Lindsey Sr. Masonic Lodge #365 and was a Past Master and DDGM.  He was also a member of the Hiland Park Baptist Church, the Panama Chapter #102 Order of the Eastern Star and the Quarter Century Club.   J.T. was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Vicki Fretz and sister Lois Warren.  He is survived by his wife, Edna Lucille Windham; son, Randy Jay Windham; five grandchildren, Stephanie Railey (Brian), Shane Breedlove (Laura), Travis Breedlove (Mary Jo), Jacob Windham, Ethan Windham; seven great grandchildren, Karmen, Patrick, Hunter, Ashton, Gabriel , Jay and Jolene.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10-11 am prior to the service.  Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Masonic Lodge, Eastern Star.
