Joyce Reneé Miller, 79, of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.  She was born on December 12, 1942 in Eastpoint, GA.  She was preceded in death by her parents,  Herbert Milton Moore Sr. & Birdie Mae Folds Moore of Hapeville, GA.  She is survived by her husband, Henry Larry Miller of 40 years, her children, Rodney Shuman, Tammy Zacherl (Herman), Chris Shuman (Kristen) and Larry Miller (Tina) in addition to 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  She has 4 siblings, Martina Frost (Gary) of Tyrone, GA, Gwen Hutchenson of Monroe, GA, Herbert "Buddy" Moore (Faye) of Lakemont, GA, Cynthia McKee of Gainesville, FL and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her hobbies included gardening, particularly African Violets, going to the casinos, and spending time with her husband.

She worked in retail customer service in the Panama City area for over 40 years helping others.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
