Joyce Ann Mauldin, 86, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021 in her home.  She was born February 12, 1935 in Calhoun County, Florida.  She was a retired Assistant Cashier at SunTrust Bank.  She was a longtime member of the Immanuel Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter & Chrystelle Nichols; sister, Jeanette Johnson (Howard); two brothers, Henry Nichols (Linda) and Ellis Nichols. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Carlton W. Mauldin; three daughters, Pam Cutchin (Rudy), Carla Moore (Jim), Penny Putman (Tim); five grandchildren, Nathan Cutchin (Kelly), Katie Cutchin, Ethan Putman, Forrest Putman, Wyatt Putman; two great grandchildren, Zoe Stalcup, Connor Cutchin; two sisters-in-law, Betty Nichols, Lenora Tyre.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Blake Smith officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12 noon-1 p.m. prior to the service.  Entombment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made the Immanuel Baptist Church.
