Joyce Tucker Maloy, 75, of Panama City, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2015. She was born April 18, 1940 in Black, Alabama to James Jordan & Myrtle Lee Tucker. She had been a resident of Panama City since 1956 moving here from Bonifay, FL. She was a member of the St. Andrew Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard William "Bill" Maloy Sr.; a sister, Theresa Dianne Howell and a brother, William Lee Tucker. She is survived by three sons, Richard William "Dick" Maloy Jr. (Pam); Robert Allen Maloy, David Wayne Maloy; daughter, Pamala Gail Gilpin (Kenneth); 8 grandchildren, Alisha Ann Hopkins (David); Christi Elaine Maloy, Matthew Thomas Seamster (Brandy); Samantha Rodriquez (Miguel); Amanda Maloy, Emily Goff, Susan Gilpin, Ken Gilpin III (Heather); 4 great grandchildren, Jasmine Maloy, Damien Hopkins, Addyson Hopkins, DJ Goff; three sisters, Mary Morris, Lena Brannon, Myrtice "Janice" Klodt; brother, James Ricky Tucker and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Elder J.C. Stanaland officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.
