Joyce Ellen Collins, 75, of Fountain, FL passed away on Friday January 19, 2018. She was born on June 3, 1942 in Boone County, West Virginia to Warren and Mary Ann Ball. She worked as a private duty nurse. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Dollie Rhodes. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Collins; eight children, Connie Palino, Shilia Wadle (Joe), Daniel Collins, Kenneth Collins, Sandie Bocook, Rebecca Evans (Steve), Jerry Collins, Rhonda Michelle Crawford; 22 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday January 26, 2018 at 11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10-11 am prior to the service.
