Joy Wilson Noble, 51, of Panama City, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024.  She was born September 17, 1972 in Panama City. She was a graduate of Bay High School Class of 1990.  She then graduated as a Registered Nurse from Gulf Coast Community College in 1992.  Joy was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend to many.  She was an avid fan of Alabama Crimson Tide Football and North Carolina Tarheel Basketball.  She was preceded in death by her parents Jim & Mary Ann Wilson.  She is survived by her husband, Michael C. Noble, MD; two daughters, Caroline Anderson Noble, Sarah Grace Noble; three sisters, Pam Wilson, Janet Caragan (Jr.), Kim Frye (Glen) and numerous nieces and nephews.  A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday July 20, 2024, at 11 a.m. in the Gretchen Nelson Fine Arts Center at Mosley High School.  Following the service the family will receive friends.  In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, the Breast Cancer donation with the American Cancer Society, or Heartland Ranch in memory of Joy Noble.
