Joshua Kimball Brown, 32, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022.  He was born June 23, 1989 in Sanford, Florida.  He was a 2007 graduate of Arnold High School.  He was an avid fisherman and hunter.  Joshua had an uplifting smile and magnetic personality, always willing to help anyone do anything. He is survived by his beloved dog, Colt; his mother, Stephne Gay Blackwell; father, Randy Brown (Krissy); sister, Morgan Brown; grandparents, Chuck "Pappau"& Tobbie "Mammau" Bowen, John & Susan Gay, Mary Brown; aunt, Nicole Gay-Suarez (Mars), uncle, Ron Brown (Wanda), close friends, Jesse Lawhorn , August Redding and other aunts, uncles and cousins.  A Happy Birthday celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 4-6 p.m. at 302 Cain Road, Panama City Beach. Joshua has completed his last sail and we will say our final goodbyes on Saturday June 25 departing Captain Anderson's Marina at 4 p.m.  We trust the angels have guided him to his final destination. Josh will be missed dearly by his family and friends. May the wind always be at your back.  We love you Josh.
