Josephine "JoDell" Breland, 82 of Panama City, Fl passed away on Sunday, January 30th, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward "Sonny" Breland; her parents Leon Elwood and Elzie Tiller; one sister, Trig Scruggs.  She is survived by two sons, Edward William "Bill" Breland Jr (Stephanie), Steven Breland; five grandchildren, Garrett Breland, Sarah Breland, Peyton Breland, Abbigayle Breland, Macy Breland and numerous nieces and nephews.

JoDell served God through her ministry with music all of her life. She started playing piano for her church at the age of 12.  She served her family well, as an amazing wife, mother and most importantly Nana.  She was a secretary for Salt Marsh, Cleveland and Gund for many years. Her husband of 62 years passed on December 17th, 2021.  A celebration of their lives, faithfulness to serving God and their beautiful love story will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home Thursday February 3rd, 2022 at 2pm with visitation beginning at 1pm.  They will be laid to rest at Mount Hope Cemetery in Lynn Haven, Fl.  Pallbearers are Garrett Breland, Peyton Breland, Lawrence Walter, Herman Daniels, Dave Scruggs, and Dominic Scruggs
